Hi, dSSS participants,

No one has had any luck contacting Sprat for months (ever since crocolanthus became unavailable)... so it seems unfortunately realistic to conclude that crocolanthus is probably not coming back.

If anyone participating -- or your fellow fen, or lurkers, or anyone, really! -- has copies of any of the art or fic that was housed on crocolanthus, we would greatly appreciate if it were shared with dsss.admin (AT gmail DOT com).

We'd like to store and link the art and fic formerly located on crocolanthus for the fen whose links are broken now. Presently our mod capabilities are storage on Google Drive (or Google Photos) or Hotmail OneDrive. (As time permits, other cloud storage possibilities are also being explored.)

Do you have a list (or at least some indication) of what's missing? I don't know what was on crocolanthus and what wasn't. I very rarely keep art or fic so probably can't help with that, but I do have various vids and podfics.

Alas, what was on crocolanthus is too monumental to be on some single list: 12 of the 14 years of the dSSS and about that many years of other fic and fanart (maybe vids and podfics, too, but I'm not sure about that).

Fortunately -- bless the OTW -- a goodly amount of the dSSS fic was on both crocolanthus and AO3. The fanart links are broken though and will only be up again on AO3 if the artists reupload them at some other host.
