Likes:
-My OTP for due South is Fraser and Kowalski, although I'm also fond of Vecchio/Stella.
-Some tropes I like: fake/pretend relationship, friends to lovers, Canadian shack, post-CoTW, everybody (including Frannie) being competent. I'm not opposed to animal transformation especially in the context of mythology (but see below). I love fairy tales.

Prompts:
-Lean even harder into the magical realism of the show - ghosts, faerie, cryptids, myths walking amongst us.
-Past lives, like Cloud Atlas or the Lady of Hay, for instance. Reincarnation, cycle of lives, correcting past mistakes.
-Something extremely specific to Chicago, that couldn't happen in any other major city.
-Something inspired by Canadian folk songs/singers, Stan Rogers, Gordon Lightfoot.
-Cabin fic with small town shenanigans, eccentric characters, wholesome energy, and so on. Feel free to add a dash of darkness or danger.
