Assignments Update

Just a quick update--my hard drive crashed earlier this week, taking the Seekrit Santa Database of Sanity with it. I'm making assignments by hand and anticipate assignments will go out tomorrow morning.
For those of you who are interested in this sort of thing--a few interesting facts:
Look for an email tomorrow with your assignment. I will post here when all assignments have gone out. If you don't receive an assignment by the end of the day, please email me to make sure nothing's gotten lost in the shuffle. Please be aware that I am without a computer until repairs are completed--probably another week or so--and so my access to email is limited to the hours I am at work. It may take me a day or so to get back to you.
Thanks again for signing up!
For those of you who are interested in this sort of thing--a few interesting facts:
1. While F/K requests still represent the majority of first priority requests, they are only half of the total first priority requests (as opposed to previous years in which such requests represented 80 - 90% of all requests). In addition, even those who listed F/K as a first priority usually listed one or two other pairings in their request (as opposed to previous years in which only that pairing was requested).I shall leave it to y'all to decipher what this means about the changes in our fandom neck of the woods--needless to say, it has made the process of assigning stories for Seekrit Santa much, much easier.
2. There are no first priority requests for Kowalski/Gardino. (::g::) On the other hand, there are three first priority requests for RayRay and three first priority requests for F/V/K. There are four first priority requests for gen or het pairings.
3. While the number of first priority requests for F/V did not increase, the number of times F/V was listed as an alternative pairing did, and the number of people willing to write F/V also increased. In addition, those who requested F/V as a first priority indicated a willingness to write other types of stories (other slash pairings, het pairings, or gen stories).
4. Almost a quarter of registrants indicated no preference in the type of story they received.
