1. I'm sure you've all discovered this by now, but just in case: when you comment on a dSSS story, your comment may not show up until after you refresh the comments page. (I forgot about this, too, and double-commented somebody's Yuletide story, so...at least we are lame together? *g*)

2. I disabled much of the spam filtering in the comment script a few minutes after the archive went live, but I did leave a few bans in place -- "creditcards", "http", "bcbg", "soma" and "hhfg" will all result in an error if you include them in your comment. They're pretty avoidable strings, I think, and I'm not willing to leave the archive completely without protection -- we were targeted by a particularly dim-yet-persistent spammer this past year and I don't want them to start up again.

3. If you have emailed me to ask for corrections to your story or the removal of a doubled comment, I should have responded with confirmation of the correction by now. If I have not, please email again!

4. china_shop's Rec-As-You-Go post is a thing of awesome -- if you are looking for a great starting point for this year's reading, you should certainly check it out. And then you should come back and leave some recs of your own! You know, if you want to. *g*
