Yeah, okay, that scans even less well than the original lyrics and it's more like twelve and a half hours, now. But nonetheless, this is it, you guys! Your thirteen hour warning! Contributions are due today at 11:59 PM Chicago Time. That's right: it is officially time to panic. Go ahead, take a moment to scream/hyperventilate/laugh maniacally. You have my permission.

...Everybody back with us? Okay! If you haven't yet finished your contribution, don't worry! Last-minute crazy is a traditional part of the dSSS process. We are all here to root for you and/or commiserate with you in the comments.

However, if you think you really won't be able to finish on time, the earlier you let us know, the better. We can get your prompts reassigned so your recipient will still have something to open on Present Day.

Keep at it, people who are still working! You can do it! And congratulations, those of you who have posted early! I am already astounded at the level of awesome in the archive this year. I can't wait until the rest of you get to see.
