Treats: link update

It has been pointed out that yesterday's treats post linked back to *last* year's requests rather than this year's.  (LJ only; the Tumblr post had the correct link.)  I've fixed the link in that post, but in case anyone went and copied down the request they wanted to work on or something, please check this year's requests to make sure you've got the right info.
