1. On AO3, login and navigate to the collection your work will be part of.

The easiest way to find a collection you've signed up for> is via "My Signups" item.

You should see "Hi, (your-AO3-username)!" on the top right of the first screen you get when logging in to AO3.

Click on, or hover your mouse pointer over "Hi, (insert AO3-username)!"

A. In the pop-up menu that opens beneath your name, look for "My Assignments."

You can also navigate to it by clicking/touching "My Collections" in the pull-down menu accessed from "Hi, your-AO3-username!"

C. Click on the appropriate Collection (due South Seekrit Santa 2018) or your dSSS 2018 Assignment.

If you chose to navigate via "My Collections" in the top right menu, you may have to choose My Assignments from the left side navigation column (which will be at the top of the page on mobile screens).

NOTE: On your My Assignments page, you may see past assignments which you posted/fulfilled. Just look for your dSSS 2018 assignment, and click on it or touch it.

2. Click the "Post To Collection" button at the top of your Assignment.

This takes you to the form for posting a new work, which you can fill out as normal.

3.In the "Associations" section of "Post To Collection," you need to make sure that the name "due South Seekrit Santa 2018" subcollection is listed.

if you got there by clicking the dSSS 2018 subcollection link on the collection's page or in My Assignments, "due South Seekrit Sanda" will be added for you automagically.

Enter the name of the person you've written your work for in the field immediately below that. The form will suggest possible matching names to you.

AO3 has a tutorial on posting works to a challenge or collection. If you have trouble, take a look at that tutorial. But do let us mods know at dsss.admin (@) gmail.com.

Once you've finished filling out the form, you can preview and then post!

Remember, dSSS is set to be unrevealed and anonymous -- so your work may only be fully visible to you.

While your work is currently anonymous, however, other people won't be able to see your name after Anonymous, and since it is currently unrevealed, other people will see only a "Mystery Work."

The dSSS mods will reveal your work on Christmas (midnight on Christmas Eve). Authors/creators are revealed on January 1.

Thank you kindly for your attention to this!

:)
