Help?

I'm trying to comment on the website (because my wonderful Santa wrote me the most amazing story and I want to give it the review it deserves), but I keep getting an error message when I try to sign in with my LJ username. I also get an error message when I try to do open ID, and when I tried to join and do it that way I never got the confirmation email, even in my Spam folder. The error messages have happened on two different computers with two different servers, so I know it's not a computer issue.

Woe. Any ideas?
