Stories and story characters: should they be assumed to be limited to the Due South Universe, or shall we offer (and request) from further afield?

If by "further afield" you mean other fandoms, then yes--this particular Seekrit Santa IS limited to the dS universe. Also, original characters are off limits.

On the other hand, if by "further afield" you mean dS AUs, then by all means request or offer to write them. I can't guarantee you'll get taken up on either, but there's no harm in throwing the option in the hat.
