I know several authors (wintercreek, helens78, lucifuge_5 and mizface and maybe others) have offered prizes for anyone who correctly guesses what they wrote for this year's dSSS. And I love playing guessing games, even though I am really, really terrible about it.

So leave a comment with your guesses. Maybe there will be a prize for the person who guesses the most authors/artists correctly. And don't forget to leave recs at the rec-as-you-read post here!

Right, that's 13 out of 19. Not too bad? Although Helens did give me a little hint. Also, that'll teach me to pay too much attention to typographical details--I thought "All We Gotta Do is Be Brave and Be Kind" might be Spuffy's, but she usually doesn't have slanting citation marks (or whatever you call them).

I, um, made a spreadsheet charting who had given comments/kudos to what (feel free to tease me about this). That didn't give near enough information to solve the problem, but it did eliminate a lot of possibilities.

And you were the only one who got mine right! You do know me well. : ) What gave it away?

I thought about doing that, especially after finding out that you could comment on your own anonymous story, but not leave a kudo for it.

Yours I guessed at because you had the same author's note on both your Yuletide story and your dSSS story...*g* There were several stories that I thought "felt" like you in tone and style, but couldn't pick just one.
